The driver of this vehicle said he pulled over to avoid a car and went into the dyke. Unfortunately, the dyke was very deep and a large tree managed to get between the body and the cab. It was firmly wedged between the two, and the body suffered impact damage in the process. The rotator was set up to give a lift on the N/S and the drag winch was returned from a tree to assist with pulling the casualty back onto the carriageway. Once out, the truck was prepared for suspend tow back to our workshop for repairs.
