This incident was caused by the actions of another driver. Fortunately the truck driver had enough time to take evasive action, preventing what could have been a much more serious accident. It was fully loaded with stone (32T gvw), quite a lot of this stone was shoveled out by hand to prevent further damage being caused to the body during recovery. The truck got away with very little damage and there were no injuries. It was a fairly straightforward job, Rotators have revolutionised this kind of work.
