Traffic police insisted that this vehicle was moved without the wheels being turned following a serious incident. Lifting frames were set up before the casualty was lifted onto the back of the transporter and bought back to the yard. Although it's good practice, it's frustrating when after all that work, the dept. of transport then gets you to tow it into the w/shop for further examination...
