Office Administrator - Monday 8th August 2011.

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to work at our office in Flimwell, East Sussex. This is a part time position and working hours (which are flexible) are between 09.00 – 17.00 Tuesday to Friday.

Duties will involve:

General office administration
Obtaining final work authority prior to invoices being raised
Electronic submission of invoices
Recording customer receipts
Vehicle database management
Integration of data between systems

Computer literacy and a willingness to learn are essential. Full training will be provided.

Auto Electrician / Commercial Vehicle Technician - Monday 11th July 2011.

We are currently looking for a skilled Auto Electrician to work here at our workshop in Flimwell, East Sussex.

Duties to involve:

Diagnosis and repair of basic electrical systems
ABS systems fault finding
CAN system fault finding
Programming of on board vehicle systems
Commercial vehicle repairs

Where necessary, fully manufacturers training will be provided.
